VonHayat Education

What defines VonHayat Education

We are NOT a high-end school. Our classrooms are not carpeted or air-conditioned. We are just a small community of learners who want to change the future. Our little pride is the safe, caring, and positive learning environment where some amazing learners are discovering their magic. Here is an overview of what defines VonHayat education.

OUR CURRICULUM

We follow 21-C curriculum which incorporates some key features of Cambridge, common core and IB curricula.

Beyond primary level, the school offers Cambridge stream leading to GCE O-level.

Engaged Classrooms

At VonHayat our classrooms are small and engaging. With small class communities, discussion is the core element of learning.

There are no rows and rows of desks and there are no back benches as well.

Close-Knit Community

Our one of the major strength's is the class size. It’s a small, close-knit community where a student is not just a roll number.

With only 10-14 students and one of the best teacher-to-student ratio, each student is personally known and effectively engaged by teachers.

Character Education

At VonHayat, Character Education is an integral element of the curriculum.

We seek to develop and reinforce core, civic, ethical and performance values like integrity, respect, responsibility, care, trustworthiness, perseverance, courage, fairness and self-discipline.

Strong Academics

VonHayat School offers a comprehensive curriculum based on high quality.

At every level, students' capabilities are challenged for a higher level of academic excellence.

Technology for Learning

VonHayat is at the forefront of using educational technology.

Our existing set of tools include Google Workspace,  intranet and communication apps.

Reading Programs

Reading is the foundation of learning. Our reading program in English and Urdu engages students to read three times more books as compared to most schools.

Homework

At VonHayat homework is important. It helps our young learners develop positive study skills and self-discipline.

Summer and winter homework is optional and provided on weekly basis.

Gender Balance

VonHayat Kindergarten and Junior Schools are co-education schools. In order to provide a safe and conducive environment for girls, we try our best to keep a balance between boys and girls in each grade.

Class Size

Class size is one of the factors affecting a school's effectiveness and students’ academic performance.  At VonHayat our average class consists of 12 students. This helps improve teacher-student interactions and positively impacts students’ achievements.
