For an initial glimpse into VonHayat School, we invite youto attend our school presentation. The 30 minute presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and a campus walk around. After the visit parents will be given access code to our online application. Please note that school tours are for adults only. We look forward to welcoming you to our campus soon!
VonHayat offers enrollment throughout the year as long as space is available. Parents must attend school presentation before applying. Applications to VonHayat School are completed and submitted electronically.
After attending the presentation session, parents are given access code for online application which must be filled-up within next 24 hours. Applications are considered in chronological order of receipt.
Note: If access to the Internet is not available , you can request a paper application.
Assessment & Interview
Application will be reviewed by school administration and parents will be notified of the outcome.
If application is accepted, parents will be requested to visit school for candidate's grade readiness screening and parents' interview.
Families will receive an update on child's application status within next two working days.
If a place is offered, fee must be paid within 2 working days or the place will be offered to the next successful applicant.
Following items are to be submitted at the time of assessment.
- Photographs of the Applicant
- Applicant's Birth Certificate
- Applicant's B-Form
- Parents' NIC
- Guardian's NIC
Wait & Priority Lists
In case of unavailability of place , child’s name will be placed on wait list and family will be notified as soon as there is a vacancy.
As a policy, we welcome all family members into our community. Therefore, siblings of currently enrolled students are given first admission priority.
Individual Support Program
Student enrolled after the start of the academic year, may be required to attend individual support program.
After-school support program will be offered without any extra fee.
